You can manage your booking online through our booking engine. Use the form provided to fill in your booking details and personal information. Once completed, select your payment method.
The information provided to make the reservation must be truthful, accurate, up-to-date and belong to the user who wishes to make the reservation from our website.
Prices, taxes and offers
The prices shown on this website include taxes. Our offers are valid for the period specified in our brochures and on our website.
Reservation confirmation
Once the booking has been made, you will receive an email within 24 hours to the account provided in the form, confirming the booking.
*At check-in, it is mandatory to hand over the documentation of all occupants.

DEPOSITS
Flexible Rate:
During the booking process, a fixed deposit* will be charged to your credit card per room booked.
*This deposit may vary depending on the hotel and the date of stay.
The outstanding balance must be paid at check-in.
According to Law 11/2021, dated July 9, 2021 (for all residents in Spain): The maximum amount allowed for cash payments is limited to €1,000
Non-Refundable Fee:
Payment for 100% of your stay will be made at the time of booking confirmation by charging your credit card.
CANCELLATION POLICY / NO-SHOW AT THE HOTEL
Flexible Rate:
Deposits collected at the time of booking will not be refunded in case of cancellation or no-show.
In case of cancellation (at any time), the deposit already collected will not be refunded and will be billed as a cancellation fee.
HOVIMA Cool Costa Adeje / HOVIMA La Pinta Beachfront Family Hotel / HOVIMA Suites Costa Adeje :
€80/unit and €150/unit for stays that include the dates of Christmas/New Year and Easter.
HOVIMA Jardín Caleta / HOVIMA Santa María / HOVIMA Panorama / HOVIMA Atlantis:
€30/unit and €90/unit for stays that include the dates of Christmas/New Year and Easter.
In case of non-show at the hotel (the reservation is only held for the first night), the deposit already charged will not be refunded and will be billed as a cancellation fee.
Non-Refundable Fee:
This rate is non-refundable in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show at the hotel. This rate cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.

The following information outlines the conditions applicable to package travel bookings (flight + hotel) managed by MAARLAB through the booking engine enabled on this website:
Regarding air travel
· Non-refundable deposit.
· Cancellation or modification of contracted services may generate management and cancellation expenses payable by the reservation holder, as well as, where applicable, the payment of the amounts reported for such cases, subject to the rate conditions.
Regarding accommodation
• Free cancellation policy depending on the rate selected in your case.
Transport booking conditions
· Refunds: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Online Check-In: To avoid additional costs and save time at the airport, we recommend using the airline's online check-in, usually available on the airline's website 24-48 hours before your scheduled flight departure. Please contact us if you need assistance. Transit Visa: An airport transit visa may be required when you have booked connecting flights. If you do not have the necessary visas, airlines may not allow you to board.
Connecting flights: When traveling with multiple airlines, you generally have to collect your luggage and check it in again at each airport. Since this means leaving the airport transit area, be aware that the risk of visa complications is higher.
· The prices for extra suitcases are non-refundable.
NOTE: If the suitcase purchase is not available during the booking process, please contact the airline for an extra suitcase.
· For flights, we recommend checking in online using the airline's website to avoid extra charges and confirming flight information with the airline.
The fare you have booked may include seat selection. You can manage this option after making your reservation using your booking reference through the airline's website.
ATOL Financial Protection (Only for departures from the United Kingdom).
"Your Financial Protection: When you buy an ATOL-protected flight or a holiday that includes a flight with us, you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This indicates what is financially protected, where you can find out what this means for you, and who to contact if something goes wrong."
"We, or the providers identified in your ATOL Certificate, will provide you with the services listed in the ATOL Certificate (or a suitable alternative). In some cases, when neither we nor the provider can do so due to insolvency, another ATOL holder may provide you with the services you have purchased or a suitable alternative (at no extra cost to you). You agree that in such circumstances the alternative ATOL holder will fulfill those obligations, and you agree to pay any outstanding amounts you owe under your contract to that alternative ATOL holder.
