Terms and Conditions Club Hovima

When making the booking, they must activate the member discount, as well as accept these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and the Legal Notice (website).

The discounts and benefits included for belonging to Club HOVIMA may be modified at any time and without prior notice.

Any booking made through third parties and through another distribution channel will not be applicable for benefits before, during and after the stay.

II) BENEFITS

• 5% discount on the total booking made exclusively through the HOVIMA Hotels websites and their hotels (see above).
• 10% discount on food and beverage consumption made during the stay charged to the room and paid at the time of Check-out (guest departure). Guests of HOVIMA Atlantis on Half Board benefit from a 10% discount on extra drinks during dinner at HOVIMA Panorama.
• Preferred access to book unique rooms in our hotels with the “Web Exclusive” label.
• Welcome gift for stays of at least 3 nights.
• One drink per person of water, soft drink, beer, house white, red or rosé wine during meals on a half-board or full-board basis at HOVIMA Jardín Caleta, HOVIMA Panorama and HOVIMA Atlantis. (HOVIMA Atlantis customers on half-board or full-board will enjoy the benefit at the HOVIMA Panorama restaurant). HOVIMA Jardín Caleta offers unlimited self-service water. Unlimited self-service drinks (water, soft drinks, beer and house white, red and rosé wine) during meals on a half-board or full-board basis at HOVIMA Suites Costa Adeje, HOVIMA La Pinta Beachfront Family Hotel, HOVIMA Santa María, HOVIMA Cool Costa Adeje and HOVIMA Jardín Caleta starting from 01.11.26.

III) REGISTRATION PROCESS
Registration for Club HOVIMA is automatic, free, and does not imply any length of stay requirement.

It is done by activating the discount during the booking phase of the stay, exclusively through the HOVIMA Hotels websites, their hotels and the Call-Center (see above).

IV.) Cancellation procedure.
You can request cancellation as a member of Club HOVIMA by contacting via e-mail: info@hovima.com.

V.) Confidentiality:
HOVIMA Hotels undertakes to guarantee the confidentiality of the data provided by implementing the necessary technical and organizational measures to minimize the risks of loss of personal data and/or confidential information as indicated in the Privacy Policy.

Access to the Registered person's data is restricted to those persons authorized for its use, applying due diligence to prevent any loss, alteration or misuse of the same.

VI.) Liability:
In case of questions, complaints, errors or technical problems in the web registration process, disputes or legal actions related to the legal relationship between the registered person and HOVIMA HOTELS, you may submit a request exclusively to HOVIMA Hotels at the email address: info@hovima.com.

The registered person considers the content of this GTC to be binding. Furthermore, they acknowledge that in the event of breach of any clause of the GTC, they could be held liable for damages.

VII.) Alternative consumer dispute resolution:
The consumer (registered person) may contact HOVIMA Hotels to resolve any conflict through the email address: info@hovima.com.

In accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013 and Art. 13 of Directive 2013/11/EU, we inform you that those merchants in the European Union who enter into online sales or service provision contracts, carried out via electronic commerce, must provide information on the existence of the Online Dispute Resolution Platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

VIII.) Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction:
The applicable legislation will be Spanish and the jurisdiction that corresponding to the Courts and Tribunals of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

IX.) Modification of the GTC and duration:
HOVIMA Hotels may modify these GTC at any time, which will be duly published on the Website. The validity of said conditions will apply until they are modified by others duly published.
